Details:We are a pet-friendly community accepting a maximum of two pets per apartment home. We have a 40 pound weight limit on non-aggressive breed dogs. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 is required for each pet. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls (Bull Terriers or American Staffordshire Terriers), Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, and Huskies. Full blooded and any mixed percentage of these breeds are prohibited. |
